Independent School Parent magazine is delighted to announce the schools shortlisted in its awards programme, Independent Schools of the Year. Now in their fourth year, the awards continue to thrive and once again have received a record number of nominations, with hundreds of schools from across the country submitting entries in all 24 awards categories.
The aim of the awards is to highlight the excellence of the student experience in independent schools. On the evidence of the submissions, the independent school sector in Britain is demonstrating resilience and agility, while continuing to deliver a first-class educational experience to its pupils despite having to live with ever-changing levels of restrictions. It has been wonderful to receive nominations which showcase transformative and innovative projects that are underway from Aberdeen to Truro.
Independent Schools of the Year are judged by an independent panel of experts, who will be meeting in the autumn to reach a decision on the winners and select highly commended schools from each category; the results of which will be announced at an awards ceremony in October.
Many congratulations to all of those schools that entered and are shortlisted.
